  • A comprehensive, private session designed to identify the root cause of pain or limitation while building a long-term plan for recovery.

    Common conditions we treat:

    • Joint pain and post-surgical rehabilitation

    • Nerve-related conditions including sciatica, carpal tunnel

    • Overuse injuries and tendonitis

    • Bone and joint conditions including osteoarthritis and osteoporosis

    • Pregnancy and postpartum recovery

    • Pelvic floor dysfunction, including incontinence

    • Balance, mobility, and fall prevention

    When appropriate, we integrate tools such as blood flow restriction (BFR) training, e-stim, joint mobilization, and IASTM to support healing and performance.

  • This treatment emphasizes progressive loading and movement preparation, building the strength, control, and confidence needed to meet the demands of your active lifestyle or sport. We ensure you move forward safely—not prematurely.

    This session may include:

    • Running, gait, and sport-specific analysis

    • Movement preparation and technique refinement

    • Progressive loading and return-to-activity planning

    • Strength, mobility, and conditioning

    • Education on recovery, pacing, and injury prevention

    • Personalized training plan

    Training may include collaboration with trusted sports medicine physicians, nutritionists, sports psychologists, and other medical professionals to support recovery optimization and maximize performance.

  • This treatment emphasizes hands-on treatment and nervous system relaxation to improve tissue quality, mobility, and overall recovery—helping you feel and move better between training and daily demands.

    This session may include:

    • Trigger point dry needling

    • Myofascial decompression (cupping therapy)

    • Instrument-assisted soft tissue work (IASTM)

    • Soft tissue and joint mobilization

    • Deep tissue massage with active release techniques

    • Gentle lymphatic drainage

    An in-home treatment or massage table is required.

Dr. Rachel Nesburg, PT, DPT, PCES

Rachel is a Doctor of Physical Therapy focused on helping individuals recover from injury and reach their highest physical potential.

Her clinical practice includes orthopedic care, pelvic health, and and return-to-sport rehabilitation and performance. Her personal athletic and yoga training inspires a whole-person, movement-is-medicine approach to patient care.

Rachel earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy through an accelerated, direct-admit program at Marquette University, with clinical training in hospital and private healthcare settings. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Biological Sciences. She is a published American College of Sports Medicine researcher and author on studies investigating elite marathon running and olympic swimming performance.
