  • Your first session is a comprehensive assessment designed to understand the full picture—not just your symptoms.

We begin with a detailed conversation about your current limitations, pain, training history, lifestyle, and goals. This helps identify patterns and factors contributing to your condition.

You will then go through a full-body movement evaluation and functional strength assessment to identify imbalances, mobility restrictions, and areas for improvement.

From there, we establish clear short- and long-term goals, along with a personalized plan that may include treatment, exercise, and habit tracking to support your progress between sessions.

Treatment often begins during the first visit, so you leave with actionable next steps.
