  • Start by completing the inquiry form. We will follow up to verify details, confirm your benefits, and schedule your first visit.

  • In most cases, no—you do not need a prescription to begin physical therapy. You can schedule an evaluation and start treatment right away.

For Medicare patients, a prescription is required to continue care after the initial evaluation. We will coordinate directly with your physician throughout your plan of care, so you don’t have to manage any of the paperwork or communication.

  • Your first session is a comprehensive assessment designed to understand the full picture—not just your symptoms.

We begin with a detailed conversation about your current limitations, pain, training history, lifestyle, and goals. This helps identify patterns and factors contributing to your condition.

You will then go through a full-body movement evaluation and functional strength assessment to identify imbalances, mobility restrictions, and areas for improvement.

From there, we establish clear short- and long-term goals, along with a personalized plan that may include treatment, exercise, and habit tracking to support your progress between sessions.

Treatment often begins during the first visit, so you leave with actionable next steps.

  • Our physical therapy services are eligible for insurance and HSA/FSA use.
