FAQ
-
Pliyo is a cash-pay practice. After an initial assessment, pricing is based on session duration and listed clearly in the booking section, so care feels straightforward from the start.
For business ergonomics assessments, corporate events, professional athletes, or other specialized services, please contact us and we’ll work through the details directly.
-
Pliyo currently offers in-home concierge care in select Chicago neighborhoods, including Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Old Town, River North, the Loop, West Loop, Roscoe Village, Bucktown, and Wicker Park.
If your neighborhood is not listed, please reach out before booking and we’ll confirm whether we can accommodate your location.
-
Pliyo is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. We do accept HSA/FSA funds.
This allows us to provide more personalized care without the restrictions, prior authorizations, or visit limits often required by insurance plans.
Some clients may be able to submit a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your individual plan, so we recommend confirming your benefits directly with your insurance provider.

Yes. You can book online by clicking Get Started.
New clients should begin with an Initial Assessment before starting care with Pliyo. This allows us to review your medical history, understand your goals, and create the most personalized plan for your needs.
If you need help choosing the right appointment, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Not at all! While many clients come to Pliyo for pain or injury, others come to improve performance, build strength, enhance mobility, support recovery, or invest in their long-term health.
Pliyo is for the runner training for their next race, the new parent returning to exercise, the professional looking to stay active despite a demanding schedule, and anyone who wants to maintain the freedom to move well throughout life.

Concierge care means private, one-on-one services delivered in the comfort of your home or residential fitness facility.
It also means direct access and communication with your provider between appointments. Rather than fitting into a traditional clinic model, care is designed around your needs, providing a more personalized, flexible, and supportive experience from start to finish.
