In-Home Physical Therapist
Deliver evaluations and individualized treatment in clients’ homes — with the time and focus that one-on-one care allows. Telehealth visits as needed.
What you’ll do
Perform thorough evaluations, build personalized plans of care, provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, and keep clear, timely documentation.
What we’re looking for
A licensed physical therapist in Illinois with a strong orthopedic and sports background, and/or a women’s or pelvic health specialty.
